Be sure to read these TeamNancy's Terms and Rules

1. "Team Nancy" constitutes fans of Nancy LaMott's who subscribe to this List.

2. Everyone has an equal participation right.

3. The List Manager will not censor or modify any posts from members to the List.

4. The primary objective of this Mailing List is to freely discuss music and life of Nancy LaMott.
We are here to discuss Nancy's music, remember, celebrate, promote, and keep alive the memory of her. And in the process, we will also share our love, affection, and appreciation for and of her.

5. Related subjects include: David Friedman, Christopher Marlowe, and Midder Music.

6. Since information and news about Nancy may be limited, these following topics can also be discussed to a certain extent: Cabarets, Musicals, and other cabaret performers. Members are required to exercise judgment on the content and length of such subjects presented.

7. Acceptable subjects include: Members' activities and well being, career moves, suggestions of new and interesting artists, or recordings. Team Nancy fully supports advancement of our members' musical careers.
Again, members are required to exercise proper judgment over the extent (length, contents, and details) of how those subjects are presented.

8. We restrict advertisements by third parties on this List. This is a closed list by which individual subscription is manually done. Members' e-mail and mailing addresses will not be accessible to any unauthorized individuals.

9. Since most of us belong to more than one Mailing List, we ask that ONE-LINER COMMENTS BE REFRAINED from posting to the whole group. Please be considerate toward your fellow Nancy fans.

10. It might be helpful if you include your e-mail address at the end of your message, in case other Team Nancy members would like to respond privately / directly to you.

11. Polling is a part of every mailing list. However, the original pollsters are responsible for carrying out the polls to their completion privately, meaning collecting the results by providing the e-mail address where the votes are to be sent, and report the findings to the List.

12. Team Nancy is made up of mature, knowledgeable, loving, thoughtful, and courteous members. We have peacefully existed since October 1996, and we WILL keep it that way.
Should you realize you can, or might, cause some public unrest or uneasy feelings due to your inability to friendly disagree with opinions expressed by others, or if you have an intention to ruin friendship and peace within Team Nancy, please DO NOT waste your time, and others', by subscribing to the List.

13. Lastly, but may be most importantly, Nancy's life reflected love, patience, understanding, caring, and she surely would not appreciate certain treatments in "her Team". Therefore, flaming, offensive and sarcastic remarks, rude or insulting comments, outbursts of anger, and foul language on the posts, both in public and to individual fellow members, will NOT be tolerated on this List.
But who are *we* to decide or pass judgment. When the List Manager receives a few legitimate complaints from other Team Nancy members, an action will be taken in order to keep peace. One personal warning will be sent by the List Manager. Should such behavior persist and threaten the well being of Team Nancy as a whole, the List Manager has the full authority to unsubscribe the culprit(s) without further notices.

If you find these terms and rules acceptable and by which you are willing to abide, please let us welcome you to Team Nancy with open arms and hearts.
